Kosby was a freelance Art Director, Brand and Motion Graphic Designer, based in Hong Kong. Currently working in-house in DBS Bank HK as Fintech accelerator programme manager. Very interested to explore visual recording / visual facilitation / scribing in recent years.
Worked in different TV stations for 6 years, and my startup with 2 partners for 4 years, 10 years more experience in a wide range of creative works, including motion graphic, print, multimedia, brand design, event design etc. Finish projects alone or lead a design team, both ways are good for me.

I love to read books, recent years I have read a lot of topics about innovation, branding, start-up and digital/video/content marketing, all these have raised my interest to explore how to incorporate my strength in motion graphic design with the above topics. My study in Creative Entrepreneurship (MA) in London in 2010-11 has also changed my mindset from purely 'graphic design' to 'design for business/solution'.
Okay, something personal? I love cats though I do not keep one; I learnt Enneagram and keep practicing it, I feel it is so useful to understand myself; I also learnt Doumbek (a kind of drum from middle east), its fun!
